Lion Arts Centre Precinct

The Lion Arts precinct is comprised of several multidisciplinary arts organisations. While the artforms are diverse, each organisation has a mission to develop, promote and share the highest quality South Australian work. The precinct currently houses the following organisations:

• State Theatre Company South Australia – the State’s flagship theatre company, presenting an annual season of classic and contemporary theatrical works
• Jam Factory – contemporary craft and visual arts with a focus on ceramics, glass, furniture, jewellery and metal work
• ACEOpen Gallery – contemporary visual art experiences
• Nexus Arts – performance art with a focus on culturally and linguistically diverse artists and communities
• Media resource centre / Mercury Cinema – screen and digital art
